Ingredients
1 ½ cups crushed Oreos
5 tablespoons melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
8 crushed Oreos (for filling)
4 crushed Oreos (for topping)
Instructions
1. Crush 1 ½ cups of Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and rolling with a rolling pin.
2. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
3. Press the Oreo-butter mixture into a 9-inch pie pan evenly to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.
4. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and beat until fully combined.
6. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and airy.
7. Stir in 8 crushed Oreos to add that signature Oreo crunch.
8. Pour the filling into the chilled Oreo crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
9. Garnish with additional crushed Oreos on top.
10. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
