Ingredients

1 cup whole milk

2 large eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon melted butter (plus more for greasing the tin)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 450°F and place your muffin tin inside to heat.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until light and frothy.

3. Add in the flour and salt and mix until just combined. Stir in the melted butter.

4. Remove the hot muffin tin from the oven and generously grease each cup with butter.
