These Easy Sugar Free Chocolate Cookies are soft, chewy, and loaded with rich cocoa flavor — all without the sugar. Made with almond flour, erythritol, and sugar-free chocolate chips, they’re perfect for low-carb, keto, and gluten-free diets.
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup granulated erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
3. Add in the egg, melted butter or coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until a dough forms.
4. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
5. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
6. Flatten slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
7. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are set.
8. Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Let cookies cool fully to firm up texture.
Use quality cocoa powder for a richer chocolate flavor.
Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days or freeze for longer.
