Description

These Easy White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Crisps are the perfect holiday treat made with pretzel crisps, creamy white chocolate, and crushed peppermint. A no-bake dessert that’s sweet, salty, and festive for Christmas trays or edible gifts.


Ingredients

12 oz pretzel crisps

10 oz white chocolate melting wafers or chips

4 peppermint candy canes, crushed


Instructions

1. Crush your peppermint candy canes and set them aside. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate wafers or chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

3. If using chips, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to help with consistency and smoothness.

4. Dip each pretzel crisp halfway into the melted chocolate and let any excess drip off.

5. Place dipped pretzels onto the parchment-lined sheet.

6. Sprinkle crushed peppermint over the chocolate-dipped area before it sets.

7. Let them cool and set at room temperature, or place them in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.

8. Once fully set, serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Use flat pretzel crisps for easier dipping and more surface area.

If your peppermint is too chunky, use a rolling pin to crush it finer for better topping coverage.
