This Festive Holiday Antipasto Cream Cheese Log is a delicious no-bake appetizer perfect for parties and Christmas gatherings. Made with cream cheese, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and roasted red peppers, it’s packed with bold antipasto flavor and easy to prepare ahead.
Ingredients
2 packages cream cheese (8 oz each)
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup green olives, finely chopped
1/4 cup kalamata olives, finely chopped
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup chopped salami (optional)
Instructions
1. Take cream cheese out of the fridge about 30 minutes before using to soften.
2. Finely chop sun-dried tomatoes, olives, red peppers, parsley, and salami if using.
3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with all chopped ingredients, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes.
4. Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a log. Roll tightly and twist the ends.
5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight until firm.
6. Before serving, unwrap and garnish with more parsley or olives.
7. Serve with crostini, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Make ahead and chill overnight for best flavor.
Finely chop all ingredients to ensure smooth slicing.
