115g butter
150g granulated sugar
50g brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
65g all-purpose flour
40g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
90g creamy peanut butter
100g marshmallow fluff

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
2. Melt butter and mix with both sugars in a bowl until smooth.
3. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
4. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix just until combined.
5. Spread the brownie batter into the prepared pan evenly.
6. Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff across the top.
7. Swirl the peanut butter and fluff gently using a knife or skewer.
8. Bake for 28–32 minutes until the edges are set and the center is just slightly gooey.
9. Allow to cool fully in the pan before slicing into squares.
10. Store in an airtight container or freeze for later.
Notes
Make sure not to overmix the batter to keep it fudgy.
Use marshmallow fluff instead of marshmallows for the best swirl texture.
Chill before cutting for cleaner slices if desired.
