Description
Garlic Butter Beef & Cheesy Bowtie Pasta is the ultimate comfort food dinner, made with tender ground beef, buttery garlic sauce, creamy cheeses, and al dente pasta. A quick and satisfying recipe perfect for weeknights or cozy weekends.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
12 oz bowtie pasta
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Lower the heat and stir in the cream cheese until melted and blended with the beef.
5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until a smooth, creamy sauce forms.
6. Add shredded mozzarella and parmesan, stirring until melted and fully incorporated.
7. Combine the cooked pasta with the beef and cheese mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
8. Let it sit for 1–2 minutes to thicken slightly, then serve warm and cheesy.
Notes
This dish tastes best fresh but stores beautifully for up to 4 days in the fridge.
To reheat, add a splash of cream or milk to revive the sauce.
You can swap bowtie pasta for penne or rotini based on preference.
