Ingredients
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into cubes
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz pasta shells
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
2. Add cubed steak in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Work in batches if necessary.
3. Lower heat, add butter and minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Spoon butter over steak bites.
4. In a separate pot, boil pasta shells in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream with a pinch of salt until simmering.
6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese gradually until fully melted and smooth.
7. Add Italian seasoning and black pepper to taste.
8. Toss cooked pasta shells into the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
9. Plate creamy shells and top with garlic butter steak bites.
10. Garnish with extra Parmesan and cracked pepper before serving.
Notes
Use sirloin for a leaner option or ribeye for extra flavor.
Don’t overcrowd the pan when searing the steak.
Reheat leftovers with a splash of cream to revive the sauce.
