Description
Garlic Parmesan Green Bean Casserole Cups are a bite-sized twist on the classic holiday favorite. These savory, creamy cups made with fresh green beans, crispy onions, and nutty Parmesan make the perfect party appetizer or side dish. Ideal for Thanksgiving, potlucks, and holiday dinners.
Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup crispy fried onions, divided
1 can mini biscuit dough or 12 phyllo cups
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
1. Trim and cut green beans into 1-inch pieces. Blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes, then transfer to ice bath. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
3. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, soy sauce, black pepper, sautéed garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
4. Stir in blanched green beans and half of the crispy fried onions.
5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease muffin tin and press in biscuit dough or phyllo shells.
6. Spoon the filling into each cup. Top with remaining onions and a little more Parmesan.
7. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
8. Cool slightly before removing from muffin pan. Serve warm.

These cups are perfect for parties and potlucks.
You can make the filling a day ahead and assemble before baking.
Phyllo shells create a crispier texture, while biscuit dough gives a fluffy bite.
