Description

This Ghost Cookies recipe is a fun and spooky no-bake Halloween treat made with Milano cookies, white chocolate, and mini chocolate chips. Easy to make, kid-friendly, and perfect for parties or dessert tables.

Ingredients

12 Milano cookies

1 ½ cups white chocolate or white candy melts

36 mini chocolate chips (for decorating faces)

1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper and place cookies in rows.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring each time. Add coconut oil if using.

3. Dip each cookie into melted white chocolate, coating evenly. Let excess drip off.

4. Place dipped cookies on prepared sheet and quickly add mini chocolate chips as eyes and mouth.

5. Let cookies set at room temperature or chill in fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Notes

Ghost Cookies can be made ahead and stored for up to a week.

Use candy eyeballs or black icing for different facial expressions.

Avoid textured cookies for a smooth ghostly finish.
