Description

This easy grape jelly meatballs recipe is the perfect sweet and savory appetizer made with just 3 ingredients: frozen meatballs, grape jelly, and chili sauce. Ideal for parties, potlucks, or simple dinners, these slow cooker meatballs are always a hit.

Ingredients

32 ounces frozen meatballs

18 ounces grape jelly

12 ounces chili sauce

Instructions

1. In a slow cooker or large saucepan, combine the grape jelly and chili sauce. Stir until smooth.

2. Add the frozen meatballs and mix to coat them in the sauce evenly.

3. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or high for 2 to 3 hours in a slow cooker. If using stovetop, simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Serve warm as an appetizer or over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.

5. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.

Notes

Use turkey or chicken meatballs for a lighter version.

Add a splash of water if reheating from frozen.

Great as a party appetizer or main course.
