2 cups beef broth

2 lb russet potatoes, peeled and cubed

1/2 cup milk

2 tablespoons butter for potatoes


Instructions

2. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess grease

3. Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic

4. Melt butter into the beef mixture and stir in flour
