Description

Healthy Cherry Greek Frozen Yogurt is a refreshing, high-protein dessert made with Greek yogurt, cherries, and honey. Perfect for summer treats or healthy snacking, this no-churn frozen yogurt recipe is easy, delicious, and naturally sweetened.

Ingredients

2 cups frozen cherries

1 ½ cups Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat or 2%)

3 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1. In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine frozen cherries, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.

3. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity with more honey or lemon juice, then blend again briefly.

4. Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2+ hours for a scoopable texture.

5. Let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before scooping.

6. Serve in bowls or cones, with toppings like fresh cherries, dark chocolate, or granola.

Notes

Frozen cherries work best and give the right texture without added ice.

If you like it sweeter, add another tablespoon of honey.

Use a high-speed blender for smoothest consistency.
