Description
This Healthy No-Sugar Watermelon Sorbet is a refreshing, dairy-free, and naturally sweet frozen dessert made with watermelon, banana, and lime juice. Perfect for summer, vegan-friendly, and made without any added sugar. A clean, fruity treat that’s simple to make in a blender!
Ingredients
2 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen
1 small banana, peeled and frozen
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 to 5 fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
1. Cut your watermelon into small cubes and spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze until solid, about 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
2. Add the frozen watermelon chunks, banana, and lime juice to a high-speed blender or food processor.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of water or coconut water if needed to help it blend.
4. Taste and adjust by adding more lime juice or fresh mint leaves if desired. Blend again if you add anything.
5. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze for 1 to 2 hours for firmer scoops.
Notes
This sorbet is best enjoyed the day it’s made for peak texture.
Let the sorbet thaw for about 10 minutes before scooping if frozen solid.
Add a handful of berries or a dash of coconut water for extra variety.
