Description

This Hidden Valley Ranch Chicken Pasta is a creamy, savory, and easy-to-make weeknight dinner recipe. Packed with tender chicken, pasta, ranch seasoning, and a velvety cream sauce, it’s a family-friendly comfort meal everyone will love. Perfect for busy nights and meal prep.


Ingredients

1 pound pasta

1 pound chicken breast

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning and stir briefly.

3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.

4. Cook pasta separately until al dente. Drain and add to skillet, stirring to coat with sauce.

5. Return chicken to the pan and stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer briefly, taste, and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
