Description

These Homemade Big Mac Wraps are a delicious twist on the fast food favorite, made with seasoned ground beef, creamy Big Mac sauce, pickles, lettuce, and melty cheese wrapped in a warm tortilla. Perfect for a quick family dinner, meal prep, or lunchbox, this recipe brings the iconic burger flavor into your kitchen.


Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

4 slices American cheese

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups shredded lettuce

1/3 cup diced onion

1/3 cup sliced pickles

1/4 cup ketchup

1 tbsp mustard

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp sweet relish

1 tsp white vinegar

1/2 tsp paprika


Instructions

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Drain excess fat if needed.

2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet relish, white vinegar, and paprika to make the Big Mac sauce.

3. Lay out the tortillas. Spread Big Mac sauce in the center of each.

4. Add the seasoned beef, 1 slice of cheese per wrap, shredded lettuce, diced onion, and sliced pickles.

5. Fold in the sides and roll up like a burrito. Toast in a dry skillet seam-side down until golden and warmed through.

6. Slice in half and serve hot with extra sauce for dipping.

Notes

Use large flour tortillas to hold all the fillings without tearing.

Toast the wraps to keep them crisp and sealed.

Make the sauce a day ahead for the best flavor.
