Description
This Homemade Cinnamon Roll Fudge is a no-bake dessert that combines white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and cinnamon sugar for a rich, creamy treat. Perfect for holidays, gifting, or everyday indulgence, this fudge tastes just like the gooey center of a cinnamon roll. Easy to make and impossible to resist.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease if desired.
2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in powdered sugar and ground cinnamon until smooth. Set aside.
3. In another saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
4. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Dollop half the cinnamon mixture over it. Repeat with remaining fudge and cinnamon mixture. Swirl with a knife or toothpick.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or until firm. Once set, lift from the pan using parchment overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
This fudge sets best if chilled overnight.
Swirling the cinnamon while warm gives it that gooey cinnamon roll center vibe.
Use high-quality white chocolate chips for the smoothest texture.
