Ingredients

½ cup cottage cheese

¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons pizza sauce

10 mini pepperoni or ¼ cup cooked sausage

2 tablespoons chopped bell peppers or mushrooms

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Pinch red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

1. Spoon the cottage cheese into an oven-safe bowl and smooth it out evenly.

2. Add pizza sauce on top of the cottage cheese and spread gently.

3. Add chopped vegetables and protein of choice over the sauce layer.

4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the entire bowl.

5. Top with Italian seasoning and optional red pepper flakes.

6. Broil or bake at 400°F for 5–7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
