Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1⁄4 cup sour cream
1⁄4 cup finely chopped dill pickles
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon capers (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise and sour cream until smooth.
2. Stir in the finely chopped dill pickles.
3. Add lemon juice, Dijon mustard, capers (if using), and chopped dill.
4. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Let the sauce rest for at least 15 minutes in the fridge for the flavors to develop.
