Ingredients
1 lb carrots
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp honey

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash, peel, and slice carrots evenly. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
2. In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add honey and minced garlic. Stir and heat until fragrant, then remove from heat.
