Description

Ingredients

500 g carrots

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

0.5 teaspoon salt

0.25 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

2. Peel the carrots and cut them into evenly sized pieces

3. Place the carrots on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and honey

4. Season with salt and black pepper and toss to coat evenly

5. Arrange in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes, turning halfway through

6. Remove from the oven and toss with fresh thyme

7. Serve warm
