Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
4. Stir in honey and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer for 1 minute until slightly thickened.
5. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon hot honey sauce over the top.
6. Sprinkle crumbled feta over chicken. Cover with a lid and let it sit for 1 minute until the feta softens.
7. Serve immediately with remaining sauce spooned over the top.
