Ingredients

1 pound refrigerated pizza dough

20 cubes mozzarella cheese

3 tablespoons salted butter

2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Cut the refrigerated pizza dough into 1 to 1.5-inch pieces.

2. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.

3. Flatten each dough piece, place a cheese cube in the center, and pinch closed.

4. Roll gently into balls and arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree.

5. Melt butter and mix in garlic and Italian seasoning.

6. Brush garlic butter over the dough balls generously.

7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes or until golden brown.

8. Brush with remaining garlic butter after baking.

9. Sprinkle with Parmesan and chopped parsley.
