Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 small yellow onion, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can crescent roll dough
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: 1/4 cup chopped pickles, 2 tablespoons cooked bacon bits, sliced jalapeños
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add diced onion and cook until softened.
3. Stir in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
4. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Add a spoonful of beef mixture to each triangle, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point, tucking the sides slightly.
7. Melt butter and mix in minced garlic. Brush this garlic butter over each rollup generously.
8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and the cheese is melted.
9. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
Always let the filling cool before rolling so the dough doesn’t tear.
Use an air fryer to reheat leftovers and keep the edges crisp.
Add pickles or bacon inside for extra flavor.
