Ingredients
1 lb steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Halve the baby potatoes and cook them in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
2. Season the steak bites with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
3. Add steak bites to the hot skillet in batches and sear until browned on all sides.
4. Reduce heat and add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Let it melt and coat the steak.
5. Return potatoes to the pan and toss everything in the garlic butter.
6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley just before serving and enjoy hot.
Notes
Garlic burns easily, so lower the heat before adding it to avoid bitterness.
Cut steak into even pieces to ensure uniform cooking.
