Description

Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons oil for frying


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated onion, garlic, egg, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined.

2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and form into patties. Use oiled or damp hands to prevent sticking.
