This easy Lazy Lasagna recipe is the ultimate weeknight comfort food made with ground beef, ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, and no-boil noodles. It’s a quick, no-fuss dinner that’s family-friendly, freezer-friendly, and full of traditional lasagna flavor. Perfect for cozy nights or meal prepping.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
9 no-boil lasagna noodles
3 cups marinara sauce
1 egg
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, one beaten egg, Italian seasoning, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
4. In a 9×13 baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce. Add broken no-boil noodles to fit.
5. Layer with cooked beef, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and more sauce. Repeat layers until done.
6. Top with the remaining sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes after baking to set properly.
You can use ground turkey or sausage for a twist.
Add a layer of sautéed spinach or mushrooms for extra veggies.
