Description

Lemon Cajun Chicken Bites with Creamy Garlic Herb Alfredo Twists is a flavorful chicken pasta recipe with a spicy Cajun kick, bright lemon, and creamy Alfredo sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions, this easy chicken and pasta dish is comforting, bold, and irresistible.

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

12 ounces pasta twists (rotini or fusilli)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta twists until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning and lemon juice.

3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth.

6. Season sauce with salt, pepper, parsley, and basil.

7. Toss cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce to coat evenly.

8. Serve pasta topped with Cajun chicken bites and garnish with extra herbs and a lemon wedge if desired.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best creamy texture.

If the sauce thickens too much, add a splash of milk or cream when reheating.

Adjust the Cajun seasoning to taste if you prefer less heat.
