Description

Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake Balls are a festive no-bake dessert made with Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, cream cheese, and white candy coating for an easy holiday treat that is creamy, sweet, and perfect for Christmas parties, cookie trays, and dessert boards.

Ingredients

5 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

12 ounces white melting wafers or white almond bark

2 tablespoons red decorating icing

2 tablespoons green sanding sugar or holiday sprinkles

Instructions

1. Crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into a large bowl until no large pieces remain.

2. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until the mixture becomes smooth and fully combined.

3. Scoop and roll the mixture into 1 inch balls, then place them on a parchment-lined tray.

4. Chill the cake balls in the refrigerator for 1 hour or in the freezer for 20 minutes until firm.

5. Melt the white melting wafers or almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring until smooth.

6. Dip each chilled cake ball into the melted coating, letting the excess drip off before placing it back on the tray.

7. Drizzle the tops with red decorating icing and immediately add green sanding sugar or holiday sprinkles.

8. Let the coating set completely, then serve or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese for the smoothest and richest filling.

A fork, dipping tool, or toothpick can help make coating the cake balls much easier.

Store the finished cake balls in a sealed container in the refrigerator so the centers stay fresh and firm.
