6 large eggs
1 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup chopped green onions

3. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
4. Layer cooked sausage over biscuit pieces and sprinkle with cheddar cheese and green onions.

8. Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes until center is set and top is golden.

Notes
Use spicy sausage for extra flavor if you like heat.
Letting the casserole rest before slicing helps it hold together better.
You can substitute mozzarella or pepper jack cheese for variety.
