Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Place chicken breasts in a single layer in the dish.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine Caesar dressing, sour cream, and 1/2 of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth.
4. Spoon mixture over each chicken breast and spread evenly.
5. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top and season with black pepper.
6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and top is golden.
7. Broil for 2–3 minutes if you prefer a more browned topping.
8. Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Let the chicken rest before slicing to keep it juicy.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melt and flavor.
Broiling at the end adds a golden crust—don’t skip it if you like crispy cheese.
