Ingredients

1 1/2 cups oat cookie crumbs

6 tablespoons butter melted

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup milk powder

1/2 cup heavy cream

4 egg yolks

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/4 teaspoon salt


Instructions

1. Prepare the crust by mixing oat cookie crumbs with melted butter until the mixture holds together. Press into a pie dish and chill until firm.

2. Whisk together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and milk powder until smooth.

3. Add melted butter and mix until fully combined.

4. Stir in egg yolks one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

5. Add heavy cream, cornstarch, and salt, then whisk until smooth.

6. Pour filling into the crust and spread evenly.

7. Bake at 175°C or 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes until edges are set and center slightly jiggles.

8. Cool completely at room temperature.

9. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.
