Ingredients
1 pound kielbasa sausage
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (softened)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place each kielbasa link between two wooden spoons or chopsticks and slice thinly across the top without cutting all the way through.
