Description

Olive Lovers Dream Dip is a creamy, briny appetizer loaded with green olives, black olives, Kalamata olives, feta, cream cheese, and fresh herbs for an easy party dip that is perfect with crackers, pita chips, crostini, or fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup green olives, chopped

1/3 cup black olives, chopped

1/3 cup Kalamata olives, chopped

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp parsley or extra chopped olives for garnish


Instructions

1. Let the cream cheese soften at room temperature so it mixes smoothly.

2. In a medium bowl, stir together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until creamy.

3. Add the garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, and black pepper, then mix well.

4. Fold in the green olives, black olives, Kalamata olives, feta, and chopped parsley.

5. Cover and chill the dip for at least 30 minutes so the flavors can blend.

6. Spoon into a serving bowl, garnish with extra parsley or olives, and serve cold.

Use a mix of olives for the best flavor and texture.

Let the dip chill before serving so it tastes more balanced and creamy.
