Description

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 cups low-sodium chicken broth

8 ounces pasta (penne, rotini, or your choice)

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, just until fragrant.

2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the dry pasta and stir.

3. Cook uncovered for about 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and most of the broth is absorbed.

4. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan until smooth and creamy.

5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

6. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest texture.

Adjust the liquid slightly if you switch to longer or thicker pasta.
