Description

A creamy and comforting One Pan Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta that’s quick, easy, and bursting with flavor. This garlic chicken pasta with parmesan is a weeknight dinner hero and perfect for one skillet meals lovers. Family-friendly, filling, and packed with cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

1 pound chicken breast, diced

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

8 ounces pasta (penne or fettuccine)

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well.

5. Add the dry pasta and ensure it is submerged in liquid. Bring to a gentle boil.

6. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.

7. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

8. Return chicken to the pan and toss until everything is coated and heated through.

9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated parmesan for the best creamy texture.

You can substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
