Description

This One-Pan Steak Bites & Cheesy Garlic Butter Noodles recipe is the perfect weeknight comfort food. Made with tender steak bites, creamy garlic butter noodles, and Parmesan cheese, it’s a fast, easy dinner that’s full of flavor. Ideal for quick steak dinners, cheesy pasta cravings, or one-skillet meals.


Ingredients

1 lb steak, cubed

8 oz egg noodles

3 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

2. Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add egg noodles and enough water or broth to cover them. Simmer until tender and most of the liquid is absorbed.

4. Lower the heat, add butter and minced garlic, and stir until melted and fragrant.

5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce becomes creamy.

6. Return steak bites to the pan and toss with noodles.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure your pan is hot before adding the steak to get a perfect sear.

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melt and flavor.

Don’t overcook the steak—aim for a golden crust and a juicy center.
