Description

These no-bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake Balls are rich, creamy, and easy to make with peanut butter, cream cheese, and chocolate. Perfect bite-sized dessert for parties, holidays, or everyday sweet cravings.


Ingredients

113g cream cheese, softened

120g peanut butter

120g powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

170g chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil or butter

Optional crushed peanuts, sprinkles, or crushed cookies


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.

2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until thick and creamy.

3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.

4. Scoop and roll into small balls, placing them on a parchment-lined tray.

5. Freeze balls for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

6. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil or butter until smooth.

7. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place back on tray.

8. Add optional toppings while the chocolate is wet.

9. Chill to set completely before serving.

Notes

These store well in the fridge for up to a week.

Freeze for up to 2 months for make-ahead treats.

Try decorating with crushed pretzels or white chocolate drizzle.
