Description

Peanut Marshmallow Clusters are an easy no-bake dessert made with chocolate, mini marshmallows, and salted peanuts. Perfect for holidays, gifting, or a quick sweet treat. This sweet and salty combo comes together fast and satisfies every craving.

Ingredients

1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 ½ cups mini marshmallows

1 ½ cups salted peanuts

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

1. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) to a microwave-safe bowl.

2. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.

3. Stir in the salted peanuts and mini marshmallows until evenly coated in the chocolate.

4. Use a spoon or small scoop to drop clusters onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

5. Let sit at room temperature or refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.

6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or at room temperature.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for best flavor and texture.

Refrigerating helps clusters firm up faster and keeps marshmallows chewy.

Try swapping peanuts with almonds or cashews for a twist.
