Ingredients
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup crushed candy canes
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
1. Whip the heavy cream in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
3. Add powdered sugar, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy.
4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula.
5. Chill the mousse for at least 30 minutes.
6. Spoon or pipe graham cracker crumbs into serving cups.
7. Top with the mousse and garnish with crushed candy canes.
8. Serve chilled or store in the fridge until ready.
Notes
This mousse can be made up to 2 days ahead.
Add crushed candy just before serving to keep it crunchy.
