Description

Pesto Chicken Alfredo with Spicy Feta Cream & Parmesan Broccoli Crunch is the ultimate comfort pasta recipe. Featuring creamy pesto Alfredo, juicy chicken, a spicy feta twist, and crispy Parmesan broccoli, this bold, easy dinner is perfect for family meals or entertaining.

Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)

1/2 cup basil pesto

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup feta cheese

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 clove garlic

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for topping)

2 cups broccoli florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan. Roast at 400°F for 20–25 minutes until crispy.

2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Let rest, then slice.

3. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain.

4. Blend feta, garlic, red pepper flakes, and warm cream until smooth for the spicy feta cream.

5. Heat pesto and cream in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in Parmesan and pasta water. Simmer until thick.

6. Toss pasta into the pesto Alfredo. Add sliced chicken. Drizzle with spicy feta cream.

7. Top with roasted Parmesan broccoli. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

The spicy feta cream can be made milder by reducing the red pepper flakes.

Use fresh Parmesan and good-quality pesto for best flavor.

Reserve pasta water helps create a silky sauce—don’t skip this step.
