Ingredients
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
½ cup vegetable oil

1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
3. In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until smooth.
4. Stir in the vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
