Description

These Pineapple Brown Sugar Mississippi Lil Smokies Bites are the ultimate party appetizer. Made with lil smokies, pineapple chunks, brown sugar, and a buttery Mississippi-style glaze, they’re sweet, savory, and completely addictive. Perfect for game days, BBQs, or potlucks.

Ingredients

1 package lil smokies sausages

1 can pineapple chunks

1 cup brown sugar

1 stick unsalted butter

1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix

2 tablespoons pepperoncini juice (optional)

Toothpicks for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking dish with foil. Lightly grease with cooking spray.

2. Pair each lil smokie with a pineapple chunk on a toothpick. Arrange in the baking dish.

3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar, ranch seasoning, and pepperoncini juice. Simmer 2–3 minutes until smooth.

4. Pour glaze evenly over the bites.

5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbling and caramelized.

6. Cool slightly and serve warm.

Notes

Use beef or smoked lil smokies for best flavor.

Pepperoncini juice adds a nice zip but is optional.

Double the batch for parties—they go fast!
