Description

Crispy Pizza Chips recipe made with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, and marinara for dipping. Perfect low-carb, keto-friendly snack or party appetizer with classic pizza flavor in chip form.


Ingredients

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

12 mini pepperoni slices

1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Spoon small mounds of shredded mozzarella onto the parchment, flattening them slightly into 2-inch circles spaced 1 inch apart.

3. Top each cheese mound with one or two mini pepperoni slices, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes if using.

4. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and edges are golden brown.

5. Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes on the tray to crisp up.

6. Serve immediately with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

These chips crisp more as they cool—don’t remove them from the tray too early.

You can use cheddar or a cheese blend for variation in flavor.

For extra crunch, add a sprinkle of breadcrumbs or crushed croutons before baking.
