Description

These Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirl Brownies are the ultimate fall dessert, combining rich chocolate brownies with creamy pumpkin spice cheesecake. Perfect for Thanksgiving, Halloween, or cozy weekends, this easy brownie recipe delivers swirled perfection with every bite.


Ingredients

115g unsalted butter

150g granulated sugar

50g brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

65g all-purpose flour

30g cocoa powder

1/4 tsp salt

225g cream cheese

120g pumpkin puree

50g granulated sugar (for cheesecake layer)

1 egg (for cheesecake layer)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice


Instructions

1. Melt the unsalted butter and stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.

2. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.

4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

5. Add pumpkin puree, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice to cream cheese. Mix until creamy.

6. Pour most of the brownie batter into a lined baking pan, reserving 1/4 cup.

7. Gently spread the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.

8. Drop spoonfuls of reserved brownie batter on top. Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.

9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set.

10. Cool completely before slicing into squares.

Notes

These brownies taste even better the next day after chilling.

Be sure to use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.

Swirl gently—overmixing can muddy the layers instead of creating beautiful swirls.
