Description

A creamy and cozy Pumpkin Spice Tiramisu that blends classic Italian dessert with warm fall spices. This no-bake treat features pumpkin puree, mascarpone, and espresso-soaked ladyfingers for a perfect autumn dessert. Ideal for Thanksgiving, holiday parties, or anytime you crave something sweet and spiced.


Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream

8 oz mascarpone cheese

1 cup pumpkin puree

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled)

24 ladyfinger cookies (savoiardi)

1 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)


Instructions

1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form using a mixer.

2. In another bowl, combine mascarpone, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.

3. Fold the whipped cream gently into the pumpkin mascarpone mixture.

4. Dip ladyfingers quickly into cooled espresso, one at a time.

5. Place a layer of soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a serving dish.

6. Spread half of the pumpkin mixture over the ladyfingers and smooth the top.

7. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and remaining pumpkin filling.

8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

9. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.

Notes

This dessert is best made the night before serving.

Use canned pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.

Don’t over-soak the ladyfingers to avoid soggy layers.
