Ingredients

1 lb ground turkey

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1/2 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup ketchup (plus more for topping)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 12-cup muffin pan.

2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper.

3. Mix just until combined — do not overmix.

4. Evenly divide the mixture between the muffin cups, pressing gently to form.

5. Spread about 1 teaspoon of ketchup over each muffin top.

6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

7. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
