Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 tablespoons raspberry preserves
1 egg, beaten

1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

4. Brush edges with water and top each with another heart. Press edges with a fork to seal.
5. Brush tops with beaten egg.
6. Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
7. Cool the danishes on a wire rack.
8. In a small bowl, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
9. Drizzle glaze over cooled danishes and let it set before serving.
Notes
These danishes are best enjoyed fresh and slightly warm.
You can swap raspberry with strawberry, cherry, or apricot jam.
To reheat, warm in a toaster oven for 2–3 minutes to restore crispiness.
