Description

This Salted Caramel Buttercream Frosting is smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced with sweet caramel and a touch of salt. Made with real butter, caramel sauce, and cream, this frosting is ideal for cakes, cupcakes, brownies, and layered desserts.

Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3½ cups powdered sugar

½ cup salted caramel sauce

3 tablespoons heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

1. Beat the butter until pale and fluffy.

2. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until smooth.

3. Add caramel sauce and vanilla extract.

4. Mix in heavy cream until desired consistency is reached.

5. Finish with sea salt and mix briefly.

Notes

Use room temperature butter for best texture.

Chill briefly if frosting becomes too soft.

High quality caramel sauce improves flavor.
