Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon Olive oil
3 Garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons Butter
1 cup Heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
8 ounces Linguine pasta
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with Cajun seasoning.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes per side. Remove and rest.
3. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook linguine until al dente. Drain and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
5. Pour in heavy cream and stir until warm. Slowly whisk in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
6. Add cooked linguine to the sauce and toss gently to coat.
7. Slice cooked chicken and place on top of pasta. Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley if desired.
8. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
Notes
Use low-sodium Cajun seasoning to better control the saltiness.
Add spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers for a veggie boost.
Reheat leftovers with a splash of cream or milk to restore creaminess.
